Contract & Booking Information
Escapes Worldwide is a trading name of Transglobe Solution Ltd (Company Registration Number: 09120403, VAT Registration Number: 218057223) of:

referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”, agrees to provide your travel arrangements under these Terms.
“You” means the lead name on the booking and all persons for whom the booking is made.
We act either as a Package Organiser (under the Package Travel Regulations 2018) or as a booking agent for other suppliers. Our obligations differ accordingly.
All descriptions, prices, and details are published in good faith but may be subject to change or error. You must verify all details (including price) at the time of booking.
Making a Booking & Payment
A binding contract is formed when we issue our booking confirmation. The lead booker must be aged 18 or over and authorised to make the booking on behalf of all party members.
Payment must be made according to the schedule provided. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking with applicable charges.
Pricing
We reserve the right to correct errors and amend prices of unsold arrangements.
The price of your confirmed booking may only be varied to reflect changes in:
- Transportation costs due to fuel or other power sources
- Taxes, fees, or dues imposed by third parties (e.g., tourist taxes, landing fees)
- Exchange rates
We will absorb increases equivalent to 2% of the package price. For increases over 8%, you will have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. You will be notified of any significant increase at least 20 days before departure.
Changes & Cancellations by You
If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
Changes are subject to a £50 per person amendment fee plus any supplier charges.
Cancellation charges apply as follows (or loss of deposit, whichever is greater):
- 63+ days before departure: Flight cost + 35% of other elements
- 62–42 days: Flight cost + 50%
- 41–34 days: Flight cost + 70%
- 33–21 days: Flight cost + 90%
- Less than 21 days: 100% of total cost
Name changes on flights are often prohibited by airlines and may require re-purchasing tickets.
Changes & Cancellations by Us
We may occasionally need to make changes to your arrangements.
We reserve the right to make minor changes (e.g., change in flight time under 12 hours or equivalent accommodation) without compensation.
For significant changes (e.g., change of resort, downgrade of accommodation, flight time change over 12 hours, or price increase over 8%), we will notify you promptly. You may then:
- Accept the changed arrangements
- Accept a full refund
- Accept an alternative holiday (if available)
Compensation is not payable where changes result from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Travel Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is mandatory. It must cover:
- Cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Repatriation
- Personal liability
We are not liable for any losses where insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
Special Requests, Disabilities & Medical Conditions
Please advise us of any special requests, medical conditions, or disabilities at the time of booking.
We will endeavour to meet requests but cannot guarantee them. If we cannot accommodate your needs safely, we reserve the right to decline the booking.
Complaints
If you have a complaint during your holiday, you must immediately notify both the supplier and our support team:

This allows us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
If the issue remains unresolved, you must submit a written complaint within 28 days of your return.
Unavoidable & Extraordinary Circumstances
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where performance of our obligations is prevented by events beyond our control, including:
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Industrial disputes
- Natural or nuclear disasters
- Adverse weather conditions
- Significant health risks
In such circumstances, we will provide appropriate assistance.
Your Behaviour
We may terminate your arrangements if your behaviour is likely to cause distress, danger, or damage.
In such situations, our responsibilities cease and we will not be liable for any costs incurred.
Our Liability
(A) Package Bookings:
As organiser, we are responsible for proper performance and will provide remedies where appropriate.
(B) Agent Bookings:
When acting as an agent, our responsibility is limited to booking services with reasonable care. We are not liable for supplier failures.
Our liability is limited to three times the cost of your holiday, except in cases of death or personal injury.
International conventions (including the Montreal Convention) may limit liability for delays, injury, or baggage issues.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law.
Disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland where applicable).
Financial Protection
All flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.
When you pay, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Please check it carefully.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking will not be ATOL protected.

Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, and health requirements.
Many countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
We are not liable if you are denied travel due to non-compliance.
Flights
Flight timings, carriers, and aircraft types are subject to change.
You must reconfirm flights 24 hours before departure.
Claims for delays or cancellations must be directed to the airline.

- Check-in: 2–4 PM
- Check-out: 10–12 noon
- Baggage allowances vary by airline
- Meals and facilities depend on providers
- Maintenance or renovation work may occur without notice

ATOL Protection
Escapes Worldwide (Transglobe Solution Ltd) operates under the ATOL scheme (ATOL No: 11965).
In the unlikely event of insolvency:
- You will receive a full refund (before travel)
- You will be repatriated if abroad
