Booking Condition Policies

Contract & Booking Information

Escapes Worldwide is a trading name of Transglobe Solution Ltd (Company Registration No. 09120403, VAT No. 218057223), registered at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FH, United Kingdom.

In these Booking Conditions, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Escapes Worldwide. "You" refers to the lead passenger and all individuals named on the booking.

Depending on the services booked, we act either:

  • As a Package Organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, or
  • As a booking agent for third-party travel providers.

Our responsibilities vary accordingly.

All descriptions, pricing, and travel details are provided in good faith but may be subject to change. You are responsible for checking and confirming all details at the time of booking.

Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Upon acceptance of the Terms & Conditions displayed on our website, payment details will be sent to the customer. A legally binding contract is formed prior to the customer's departure.

The lead passenger must be at least 18 years old and authorised to make the booking on behalf of all travellers.

Following payment, the customer has 24 hours to cancel the booking with the deposit refunded in full. Cancellations made after this 24-hour window will be treated as non-refundable with respect to the deposit paid.

If the booking is cancelled within 3 months of the scheduled travel date, the customer will be charged 100% of the total payment made, and no refund will be issued.

The customer agrees to make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking and the application of the cancellation charges outlined above.

Responsibility for Confirmed Travel Services

Escapes Worldwide is responsible for arranging and providing the travel services specifically listed and confirmed in your itinerary and booking confirmation. These services may include, but are not limited to, flights, accommodation, airport transfers, ground transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other services expressly included in your confirmed itinerary.

For operational, commercial, and security reasons, Escapes Worldwide may use third-party suppliers, local ground-handling teams, transportation providers, hotels, tour operators, activity providers, or other vendors to deliver the services included in your booking. The identity and detailed information of individual suppliers, ground teams, vendors, or local service providers may not be disclosed to customers where this information is commercially confidential or forms part of our supplier arrangements.

Regardless of which third-party supplier, ground team, or vendor is used to fulfil the services, Escapes Worldwide remains responsible for ensuring that the services expressly included in your confirmed itinerary are arranged and provided in accordance with the terms of your booking, subject to these Booking Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations.

If a confirmed service cannot be provided as originally arranged, Escapes Worldwide will, where applicable, work to provide a suitable alternative, remedy the issue, or provide any other assistance or remedy required under the applicable booking terms and legislation.

For the avoidance of doubt, your contractual relationship for the services covered by this clause is with Escapes Worldwide, and you are not required to establish a direct contractual relationship with any individual supplier, ground team, or vendor engaged by us to fulfil your itinerary.

Pricing

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and amend the cost of any unconfirmed arrangements.

For confirmed bookings, price changes may only occur due to:

  • Changes in transport costs (including fuel or energy costs)
  • Changes in taxes, fees, or charges imposed by third parties
  • Exchange rate fluctuations

We will absorb increases up to 2% of your total holiday price. If the increase exceeds 8%, you will have the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

You will be notified of any significant price increase at least 20 days prior to departure.

Changes & Cancellations by You

Your deposit is non-refundable once the tour is confirmed by Escapes Worldwide UK. The balance of the tour package cost must be paid 75 days prior to the first day of the tour. If the balance is not received on time, Escapes Worldwide UK reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. If the booking is cancelled by you in this manner, all monies paid shall be treated as a cancellation charge to cover Escapes Worldwide UK' costs. If you book the tour within 75 days prior to the departure of the tour, the full amount must be paid when the booking is confirmed. Escapes Worldwide UK recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance. The insurance premium is non-refundable and cannot be transferred from one departure to another in the event of a reservation change.

Any request to amend or cancel your booking must be made in writing by the lead passenger.

Amendments are subject to a £50 per person administration fee, plus any additional supplier charges.
