Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger
Begin your adventure with a scenic drive east from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport through the Lowveld farmlands and mountain passes toward Kruger.Arrive in Hazyview around lunchtime for check-in at Kruger Adventure Lodge.Later, embark on a sunset game drive in an open 4×4 safari vehicle. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Kruger Safari
Start early with coffee and rusks before a full-day safari in Kruger National Park (Skukuza area).Spot lions, elephants, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and more as you explore one of Africa’s most iconic reserves.Enjoy breakfast and lunch at rest camps within the park. Return for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 3: Panorama Route Excursion
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Panorama Route, visiting breathtaking landmarks including Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and several waterfalls.Lunch at a scenic spot (own account), then return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 4: Return to Johannesburg
Optional early morning game drive before breakfast.Depart for Johannesburg after check-out and arrive late afternoon for an overnight stay at OR Tambo Hotel (4★).
Day 5: Flight to Zanzibar
After breakfast, transfer to Johannesburg Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, where your tropical escape begins.
